Billing & Insurance
Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for the co-pay at the time of visit. If you have a high deductible plan and have not met your deductible, please be prepared to pay for the office visit at the time of service. Any overpayment will be refunded to you. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured, or if we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.
We accept most private insurance carriers. Please check with your insurance prior to your first appointment to ensure that our providers are in-network with your insurance plan.
We do accept South Carolina Medicaid plans. If your child has insurance through Medicaid, we ask that you update your insurance to include our office or one of our providers as your child's primary care provider. You should receive a new card with the updated information. Please forward to us when received.

Riverside Pediatrics will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. No patient will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
