6 months + (yearly)	Flu Shot 2 doses one month apart for the first flu season if < 9 yo

12 months	Hep A MMR PCV Varicella
15 months	DTaP Hib
18 months	Hep A
4 years	DTaP IPV MMR
5 years	Varicella
10+ years	Meningococcal (Men B) (if local outbreak; absent or damaged spleen; complement deficiency)
9-12 years	HPV (Gardasil)
11-12 years	Meningococcal ACWY Tdap
15 years	HPV (Gardasil) (if started at 15 yrs, 3 doses- 3rd shot: 6 months after first shot)
16 years	Meningococcal ACWY
